Stock materials can normally be shipped within 72 hours of order receipt. In general all the magnets listed on this site are in stock. If they are not in stock, we will contact you and let you know how long it might be before we can ship. You can decide then whether you would like to cancel your order or wait for the magnets. Click us your order and we'll get working for you!
We ship via FedEx Ground as our standard shipping. By request, we can also ship via, FedEx Air services - please specify shipping method on your order. (Air shipment methods will incur additional costs.) Please note that standard FedEx Ground is only available for contiguous mainland states - this service is not available, for example, to or from Alaska, or Hawaii.
We will bill your credit card only when your item is shipped, not before.
If the products that we send to you are defective, we will replace the material or refund you promptly. In order to efficiently process a return for any reason, please call our MagnetShop Customer Service team toll-free at (800) 700-1076 within 30 days of receipt of order and request a Return Material Authorization, or RMA, number - this will ensure the most prompt attention to your concerns. Our MagnetShop Customer Service team will assist you with all the required shipping information for your return.
Please remember that magnets will snap towards each other or any steel objects that may be close by - please take care in handling magnets to make sure that you do not get injured. Also, note that hard magnets are brittle and may crack or break if allowed to fall or snap to each other or to other metal objects.
Returned materials must be in their original condition for a refund.
