Back Orders
If by chance, products listed on our website are temporarily out of stock, in-stock items will be shipped immediately and any backordered items will be delivered as soon as possible.
Invoices for your back ordered items are held until the item is shipped. We take pride in our history of maintaining adequate stock for our customers. In the unfortunate event that the item you have ordered is indeed out of stock, the MagnetShop team will contact you immediately by phone or email to inform you of the delay.

Secure Shopping Guarantee
If unauthorized charges occur on your credit card while shopping on our website, you are entitled to present us with your claim and after review, you will not be held accountable. According to the Fair Credit Billing Act, federal law limits your responsibility for unauthorized charges up to $50.00. If your bank holds you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you. (up to $50.00) This liability will be covered if and only if, the unauthorized use of your credit card can be adequately documented and proven that it was not human error.
Reporting Unauthorized Charges
Within 60 days of purchase, if you notice an unauthorized charge is made to your credit card by Magnet Sales & Manufacturing, please contact your credit card company and report the unauthorized charges immediately. As soon as possible, fax us a copy of your statement along with the following information:
1. Your name
2. Daytime phone number
3. Billing address
4. A copy of the credit card statement in question (please circle fraud charges)
5. Proof of your credit card company's fraud determination and liability fee
6. A description of the incident

Defective/Damaged Products
Refusing Delivery of Damaged Items.
If you receive your package open or damaged, refuse delivery of the merchandise then contact our MagnetShop Customer Service Department immediately at 1-800-700-1076 to report the problem. We guarantee to get your purchases to you in good condition.
Post Delivery Damage Discovery.
If the products that we send you are damaged or defective (after accepting delivery), we will replace the material or refund you promptly. In order to efficiently process a return for any reason, please call our MagnetShop Customer Service team toll-free at 1-800-700-1076 within 30 days of receipt of order and request a Return Material Authorization, or RMA number – this will ensure the most prompt attention to your concerns. Our Customer Service team will assist you with all of the required shipping information for your return.
Please remember that magnets will snap towards each other or any steel objects that may be close by - please take care in handling magnets to make sure that you do not get injured. Also, note that hard magnets are brittle and may crack or break if allowed to fall or snap to each other or to other metal objects.
Returned materials must be in their original condition for a refund.
